Polyurethane Paint for Pools 4.5 kg – POOL PAINT

POOL PAINT is a two-component polyurethane resin-based pool paint, designed to provide durable protection, waterproofing, and an aesthetic blue finish.

Application procedure

Surface preparation:

• The surface must be clean, dry, free of dust, oils, paint residues, or other impurities.

• Cracks and voids are repaired with ISONEM M 03 elastic mortar.

• Mandatory priming:

  • Concrete, marble, granite, ceramic, tiles → ISONEM EP PRIMER

  • Metal / steel → ISONEM ANTI RUST PRIMER (250 – 350 g/m²)

Preparation of the mixture:

• Component A (paint) is thoroughly mixed, then component B (hardener) is added.

• Mix for 3–4 minutes until completely homogeneous.

• The mixture must be used within max. 5–6 hours.

Application:

1. Apply with a brush, roller, or by spraying.

2. Two coats are applied, the second after 6–24 hours from the first.

3. After application, the pool is left to cure for 10 days before filling with water.

Conditions / Application Limitations

• Application: perpendicular coats

• Surface: dry

• Primer consumption: 0.250 – 0.400 kg/m²

• Product consumption: 1 kg/m² (two coats)

• Coverage: min. 4.5 m² / set (two coats)

• Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C

• Mandatory protection for 24 hours against rain, water, and mechanical shocks.

Packaging and storage

• Packaging: 4.5 kg set (Comp. A: 4 kg paint, Comp. B: 0.5 kg hardener)

• Storage temperature: 5 – 35 °C

• Shelf life: 24 months (in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging)

• Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and fire sources.
