Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Products and Issues

Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received an item different from what you ordered, so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.


Exceptions / Products that cannot be returned

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), customized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (cosmetics). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted products or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain the desired product is to return the item you currently have, and after the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


The 14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

Regardless of our general return policy, if the products are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the general case, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with intact tags and in the original packaging. An invoice or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded using the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or card issuer to process and display the refund.
