At Softambient, we are committed to delivering orders quickly, safely, and in the best possible condition.
This policy describes the terms and conditions of delivery for orders placed on Softambient.ro.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to all localities in Romania via express courier.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed by Monday to Friday, before 2:00 PM, are processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days are processed on the next business day.

  • During sales periods, special campaigns, or public holidays, processing may take longer than usual. 1–2 additional business days.

3. Estimated delivery time

1–3 business days from order confirmation.

4. Delivery Costs

The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and volume of the package, according to the courier's rates.

5. Order Tracking

After the package has been shipped, you will receive an email tracking number (AWB) and the link to the courier's website, where you can check the delivery status in real time.

6. Special Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address.

  • In the event of the package being returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refusal of acceptance, The costs of reshipping will be borne by the customer.

7. Bulky products

Large or heavy items (e.g., rugs, furniture, SPC flooring) may require special transportation. In such cases, you will be contacted for confirmation. the cost and delivery time.
