Washable Paint with Sound Insulation and High Fire Resistance – ANTI SOUND PAINT

ANTI SOUND PAINT is a water-based, single-component, acrylic acoustic paint, designed for noise dampening and insulation. It effectively absorbs and blocks sound without affecting the aesthetics of the space.

✔ Tested and certified according to TS 140-4, it reduces noise levels depending on thickness:

• 1 mm layer: up to 2.51 dB at 1000 Hz

• 2 mm layer: up to 4.85 dB at 1000 Hz

In addition to sound insulation, it is fire-retardant (class B S1 d0), has high adhesion and can be produced in any desired color. Suitable for interior and exterior.

Application Procedure

1. Surface preparation:

   • The surface must be clean, dry, free of dust, oil, or loose parts.

   • Apply a layer of suitable primer:

     • Concrete, raw wood, membranes, shingles: ISONEM UNIVERSAL PRIMER (1:7 diluted with water, consumption 100 – 200 g/m²).

     • Metal/steel: ISONEM ANTI RUST PRIMER (250 – 350 g/m²).

   • Allow to dry for 4 hours.

2. Paint application:

   • Stir well before use.

   • Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer in 1 – 2 mm layers, perpendicularly, with a waiting time of 4 hours between layers.

   • For interior walls where no texture is desired, an epoxy roller is recommended.

Application Conditions / Limitations

• Product consumption:

  • 1 L/m² for 1 mm thickness

  • 2 L/m² for 2 mm thickness

• Number of layers: 4

• Coverage: 9 – 18 m² / bucket (depending on thickness)

• Application temperature: 5 – 35 °C

• The surface must be protected from water, rain, traffic, and mechanical impact for 24 h after application.
