Waterproofing Paint for Concrete Roofs - SB

ISONEM SB is a high-performance insulating paint made from a unique combination of special mineral filler and polymeric components. It provides superior protection against water, UV rays, and weathering, offering excellent adhesion and greater durability than traditional insulating materials.

Application Method

• Ready-to-use product – mix homogeneously with a mixer for 5 minutes

• Apply in two perpendicular coats, with a minimum waiting time of 4 hours between coats

• Recommended tools: synthetic epoxy roller, brush, sprayer

• Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C

Application Conditions and Limitations

• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or mud

• Do not apply on surfaces with puddles or snow accumulation

• Recommended primer: ISONEM UNIVERSAL PRIMER (diluted) for concrete, marble, granite, wood, ceramic tiles, membrane, shingles, etc.

Consumption:

• Primer: 100 – 200 g/m²

• Product: 1 kg/m² (2 coats)

Coverage:

• 5 kg bucket → min. 5 m² (2 coats)

• 10 kg bucket → min. 10 m² (2 coats)

• 18 kg bucket → min. 18 m² (2 coats)

Important Aspects

• Protect the surface from rain, water, mechanical loads, and shocks for 24 hours after application

• The product is not to be used as a primer

• Protect from frost

• Packaging: 5 kg, 10 kg, 18 kg in PP buckets

• Storage temperature: 5 – 35 °C

• Shelf life: 24 months (original, unopened, and undamaged packaging)

• Conditions: dry, cool place, protected from sun and frost
