Acrylic Paint for Asphalt and Concrete – STREET PAINT

ISONEM STREET PAINT is a single-component, flexible, water-based acrylic paint with high adhesion and excellent water and UV resistance. It can be produced in any desired color, is resistant to pedestrian and light vehicle traffic, dries quickly, and is easy to apply. It ensures decorative, durable, and dust-free surfaces on asphalt, concrete, and cement, both indoors and outdoors.

Application Procedure

1. Surface preparation:

   • The surface must be clean, dry, and free of impurities (dust, oil, mud).

   • Defects and voids are repaired with ISONEM MS MORTAR (5 mm layer).

   • Apply a layer of ISONEM UNIVERSAL PRIMER (diluted 1:7 with water, consumption 100 – 200 g/m²). Allow 4 – 6 hours for drying.

2. Product application:

   • ISONEM STREET PAINT is ready to use; mix well for 5 minutes.

   • Apply in 2 coats, with a brush, roller, or spray gun.

   • The coats are applied perpendicularly, with a waiting time of at least 4 hours between them.

   • When applying with a sprayer, the surface must be subsequently smoothed with a brush/roller.

Application Conditions / Limitations

• Product consumption: ~1 kg/m² (2 coats)

• Coverage: min. 18 m² / 18 kg bucket (2 coats)

• Application temperature: 5 – 40 °C

• The surface must be protected from rain, water, traffic, and mechanical impact for 24 hours after application.

• Packaging: 5 kg, 10 kg, 18 kg – PP buckets

• Storage temperature: 5 – 35 °C

• Shelf life: 24 months (in original, sealed, undamaged packaging)
