Ecological Soil Stabilizer and Dust Control – SS SOIL HARDENER

SS is an eco-friendly, water-based, single-component solution used for stabilizing, solidifying, hardening, and dust reduction on all types of soils and aggregates.

After application, copolymer molecules form elongated nanoparticles, through linear and cross-linked bonds with the soil or aggregates. Once the water added during application evaporates, the product forms a solid, flexible, waterproof, and long-lasting matrix. Once cured, it becomes completely transparent, maintaining the natural appearance of the soil.

Application Procedure

1. Ground Preparation:

   • The application area must be completely dry and free of accumulated water.

   • Do not apply in rainy conditions or if rain is forecast in the next 72 hours.

   • Minimum application temperature: +4 °C.

2. Breaking and Loosening the Soil:

   • Loosen the soil to the desired depth (150 – 200 mm) using a scarifier, grader, or tiller.

3. Moistening the Soil:

   • ISONEM SS is mixed with water (ratio determined by preliminary tests) and sprayed evenly on the soil.

4. Mixing:

   • The moistened soil is thoroughly mixed to the desired depth.

5. Compaction:

   • The treated surface is compacted with a roller compactor.

   • It can be used after 7 days, depending on climatic conditions.

Application Conditions / Limitations

• Product Consumption:

  • Dirt roads with heavy traffic: 1 L ISONEM SS + 1 L water / m²

  • Pedestrian areas: 1 L ISONEM SS + 1 L water / m²

  • For dust reduction only: 1 L ISONEM SS + 1 L water / m²

  • Areas with very intense traffic (airports, large construction sites): 1 L ISONEM SS + 1 L water / m²

• Application Temperature: 5 – 35 °C

IMPORTANT

• The treated surface must be protected for 72 hours from rain, water, mechanical loads, and impacts.

• The exact dosage is determined by preliminary tests on the soil type.
