Natural Fire Retardant Solution, Complete Fireproofing for Wood and Textiles – ANTI FIRE

ANTI FIRE SOLUTION is a single-component, water-based fire retardant solution that surrounds the molecules of the applied material and blocks their contact with oxygen. Thanks to the active substances in its composition, it creates very strong thermal insulation, preventing the temperature that could trigger combustion from being reached. Thus, the treated material becomes fire-resistant.

The product was tested on a 14 mm thick plywood door, exposed to direct flame of 1500°C for 40 minutes. At the end, the opposite side of the door reached only 120°C.

The solution is made from 100% natural raw materials, does not affect human health, is completely biodegradable, and contains no prohibited substances. In addition, it reduces CO₂ and CO emissions by up to 50% compared to normal combustion and decreases the asphyxiating effect of smoke by increasing nitrogen content and white smoke by 20–25%.

Application instructions

• Shake the bottle before use

• Spray from a distance of 20–30 cm on a clean, dry, and absorbent surface

• Approximate consumption: 150 – 200 mL/m²

• Apply only on absorbent surfaces (wood, textiles, etc.)

Application conditions and limitations

• The surface must be clean, free of dust, oil, or impurities

• After application, the surface must be protected from rain, water, mechanical shocks for 24 hours

• Application temperature: 5 – 35°C

• Packaging: 5 L – jerrycan

• Storage temperature: 5 – 35 °C

• Validity: 24 months (in original, sealed, undamaged packaging)

• Storage conditions: protect from sunlight, do not store at temperatures above 50 °C
