Super Crystallized Cement-Based Waterproofing Mortar 20 kg – M 35

M 35 is a single-component waterproofing product, based on supercrystalline cement, which provides in-depth insulation when applied to concrete surfaces from both the positive and negative sides.

✔ Reacts with lime particles in concrete through special gels, forming crystals that penetrate deep into the concrete structure.
✔ Can be applied to new concrete.
✔ Slows down the hydration process on the surface and reduces the formation of shrinkage cracks.
✔ In addition to waterproofing, it protects concrete against corrosion and diluted chemicals.

Application Procedure

Surface preparation:

• Surfaces must be pre-wetted to saturation (2 hours before application).

• If the surface is already wet, this step is not necessary.

• The surface must be cleaned of impurities (oil, dust, mud).

• Concrete defects, segregation, and formwork holes are repaired with ISONEM M 03 mixed with ISONEM D 10 LATEX.

• Expansion joints are pre-sealed with ISONEM A4 (elastic sealant).

Mixture preparation:

• Pour 7 L of clean water into a container.

• Gradually add 20 kg of ISONEM M 35, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.

• A 400 rpm mixer is recommended for homogenization.

• A fluid mortar, similar to paint, applicable with a brush, is obtained.

Application method:

• Apply in three coats, with a brush or sprayer.

• The coats are applied in perpendicular directions, with a waiting time of 4 hours between them.

• The surface must be completely covered after applying the 3 coats.

• Do not apply in freezing conditions or extreme temperatures.

• In cold areas, surfaces can be pre-wetted with warm water.

• If the surface will not be covered or plastered, it must be wetted every 48 hours to accelerate the curing process and ensure successful insulation.

IMPORTANT

• The surface must be protected from rain, water, mechanical loads, and shocks for 24 hours after application.

• Do not apply in freezing conditions or extreme temperatures.
