Transparent Waterproofing Liquid for Exterior Surfaces 3.5 liters – MS 80

MS 80 is a transparent, siloxane-based insulation product that makes the surfaces it is applied to waterproof, maintaining their natural appearance and texture without forming a film.

✔ It exhibits very high alkali resistance, making it suitable for new or old concrete.

✔ It prevents the loss of thermal insulation value by reducing dampness.
✔ It protects the building from corrosion and extends its lifespan.

Areas of Use

Applicable to all mineral and absorbent surfaces, such as:

• Raw concrete, plaster, brick, AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete), travertine, natural stone, mosaic

• Ceramic tiles, roof tiles, etc.

❌ Not applicable on non-absorbent surfaces (marble, granite, glass, metal, plastic) and horizontal absorbent surfaces.

Typical use: protection of uncoated and absorbent exterior facades against rain and its effects.

Application Procedure

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be dry, solid, clean of dust, oil, mud, and other impurities.

• Do not apply to wet surfaces.

• Layers that reduce absorption must be removed.

• Cracks larger than 1 mm must be repaired before application.

Application Method:

• Apply in a minimum of 2 coats, from top to bottom, with a brush, roller, or by spraying.

• The second coat should be applied wet-on-wet, before the first coat dries.

• The surface must be completely saturated.

• Do not use flammable materials during application.

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes; protective gloves and safety glasses are recommended.

IMPORTANT

• The second coat must be applied before the first one dries.

• Do not apply to horizontal and non-absorbent surfaces.

• The surface must be protected from rain, water, mechanical shocks, and loads for 24 hours after application.

• Avoid using flammable materials and direct contact with skin/eyes.
