ISONEM L is a new generation transparent waterproofing product, based on pure, water-based acrylic, with excellent adhesion to all surfaces.

Application procedure

Surface preparation:

• Surfaces must be dry, clean, free of dust, oil, mud or other impurities.

• For metal/sheet metal surfaces, ISONEM ANTI RUST PRIMER (consumption: 0.250 – 0.350 kg/m²) is applied beforehand.

Application method:

• The product is ready to use and must be mixed homogeneously after opening the packaging.

• It is applied in two coats, with a roller (for glossy surfaces) or with a brush/sprayer (for other surfaces).

• The coats are applied perpendicular to each other, with a waiting time of 4 hours between coats.

• Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.

• When applied, the product is milky white, becoming completely transparent after drying. Thick coats can leave white marks, so it must be applied uniformly and thinly.

• Surface humidity: dry

• Primer: only for metal surfaces (ISONEM ANTI RUST PRIMER)

• Product consumption: ~0.2 kg/m² (2 coats)

• Coverage: 1 L → ~5 m² (2 coats)

• Recommended tools: roller (synthetic epoxy), brush, sprayer

• Application temperature: 5 – 35 °C

IMPORTANT

• The treated surface must be protected from rain, water, mechanical loads, and shocks for 24 hours after application.
